PCP has refinanced a portfolio consisting of 15 aircraft managed by Montrose, an alternative asset based investment and management company. The airplanes are primarily passenger turboprop aircraft, currently operated by a number of well renowned airlines on attractive routes around the globe.
The refinancing represents PCPs’ second investment in the sector over the last twelve months and underlines our positive view of turboprop aircraft as an attractive asset class based on stable underlying demand for, and values of, this type of airplanes.
The loan provided by PCP will support Montrose’s continued growth and contribute to finance future asset acquisitions.
