PCP III has provided a USD 30 million senior secured unitranche loan to support the continued growth of the UK based software as a service provider Thunderhead Limited (“Thunderhead”).

Thunderhead is a software product developer, focussed on delivering customer relationship management solutions. The company has recently launched its new ONE Engagement Hub, which is a cloud/SaaS solution with vastly expanded capabilities in customer engagement. The company services a blue chip customer base, particularly within the banking, insurance and capital markets area and has significant global presence. The company was established in 2001 and remains privately held by its founders and management.

P Capital Partners believes that Thunderhead is active in an attractive niche of the CRM market with an underlying growth potential. The company is well set to take advantage of the market growth through its strong market position based on a stable, blue chip customer base.
